[email protected] is the single inbox for everything — bug reports, feature requests, billing questions, anything else. Replies typically within one business day (UTC).
What to include in a bug report
The more context the better. Useful things:
- macOS version (
About This Mac) - IncidentScribe version (
About IncidentScribein the app menu) - What you were doing when the issue happened
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Whether the issue reproduces or was a one-off
Do not paste real incident data into a bug report. If a reproduction needs incident-shaped input, generate a synthetic example with fake actor names and made-up timestamps.
Billing & refunds
Subscriptions are handled by Apple via the Mac App Store. To cancel: System Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions → IncidentScribe → Cancel Subscription.
Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com within 90 days of purchase. We can’t process refunds directly.
System requirements
- macOS 26 or later
- Apple Silicon (M1 Pro or later)
- Apple Intelligence enabled (System Settings → Apple Intelligence & Siri)
What we don’t do
- Remote screen-sharing or remote debugging sessions.
- Phone or chat support — email only.
- SLAs — this is an indie product.
